The Township Supervisor serves as Chief Executive Officer of the township. The Supervisor's duties and responsibilities include serving as Chairman of the Township Board of Trustees, Supervisor of the General Assistance program, and Treasurer of all Town funds including General Assistance and Road and Bridge funds.

The township supervisor is available to residents through email, phone, and at public meetings.

Petitions for the Consolidated Election on April 1, 2025 may be picked up at the Greenwood Township Building, 5211 Miller Road, Wonder Lake by appointment only or by downloading the appropriate forms from the State Board of Elections. To Make an appointment, please contact the Township at 815-648-4653. The candidate must be a resident of Greenwood Township.

Nominating petitions can be filed at the Greenwood Township Building on the following dates: November 12, 2024 10:00 am to 11:00 am November 18, 2024 4:00pm to 5:00pm Call 815-648-4653 if an appointment is needed during the week.
